Little Puppy Monkey woke up very early in the morning. The sun was just beginning to shine, and the birds were singing sweet songs in the trees. Baby Monkey rubbed her sleepy eyes and looked around. Her tummy was making funny sounds.
“Oooh, I’m so hungry!” she thought.
Baby Monkey searched everywhere for something tasty to eat. She looked near the flowers, behind the tree, and beside her favorite rock. But she could not find any bananas. Bananas were her favorite food in the whole world.
After walking around for a while, Baby Monkey became tired. She sat under a big shady tree and rested her little head. The cool breeze made her feel sleepy.
Soon, Baby Monkey closed her eyes and drifted into a wonderful dream.
In her dream, she saw a magical banana garden. Huge yellow bananas hung from every tree. Some bananas were as big as pillows, and others were shaped like little hearts. The sweet smell of ripe bananas filled the air.
“Wow!” Baby Monkey shouted happily.
She jumped from tree to tree, picking delicious bananas. She peeled one and took a big bite. It was soft, sweet, and yummy. Then she ate another banana, and another, and another. There were so many bananas that she could never run out.
Butterflies danced around her while colorful birds sang cheerful songs. Baby Monkey laughed with joy as she filled her tummy with her favorite fruit.
Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice.
“Wake up, little one!”
Baby Monkey slowly opened her eyes. It was Mummy Monkey smiling at her. In Mummy’s hand was a fresh, ripe banana.
Baby Monkey’s eyes became wide with excitement.
“A banana!” she squealed happily.
She quickly took the banana and enjoyed every bite. It tasted just as good as the bananas in her dream.
With a full tummy and a happy heart, Baby Monkey hugged her mummy. It was the perfect start to a beautiful day.
