No, No, No, Mom Don’t Put Me Alone In Bathroom! Newborn Aba Too Afraid Water So Much

Tiny newborn baby monkey Aba was just beginning to open his eyes to the world. Everything felt strange—bright lights, new smells, and now… the scary bathroom! When Mama gently carried him inside to prepare for his very first bath, Aba instantly clung to her fur, his tiny hands trembling.

As soon as he saw the water, Aba’s eyes grew wide with fear. He whimpered softly, then let out a high-pitched cry. “No, no, no, Mom! Don’t leave me alone here!” he seemed to say as he wrapped his arms tightly around her arm. The sight of the shiny bathtub, with water gently swirling, was just too much for his little heart to handle.

Mama monkey tried to comfort him with soft kisses on his forehead and whispered coos. But as soon as she dipped her hand into the water and tried to lower him in, Aba started squealing louder. His little feet kicked the air, tail curled tightly, begging not to go in.

Seeing his terror, Mama didn’t force him. She pulled him close and sat down beside the tub, holding him tightly while letting him watch her splash the water with her fingers. Bit by bit, she helped him understand it was safe. She dipped just his feet in, keeping him snug in her arms. Slowly, the fear faded into curiosity.

With Mama’s love and patience, baby Aba would one day enjoy splashing and bathing. But today, he just needed to feel safe. And Mama understood that perfectly.

Aba soon fell asleep in her arms, still dry, still warm—but a little braver than before.
