It was a peaceful little moment in the house. Baby Monkey Cici was sitting quietly with her milk bottle, holding it carefully with both tiny hands. She looked calm and focused, slowly drinking and enjoying every sip. It was her special time — no playing, no running, just milk and quiet.
Across the room, Baby Monkey Luci noticed.
At first, Luci was busy with her toy. She was rolling it back and forth, humming softly to herself. But then she heard the familiar sound — tiny gulping noises. “Sip… sip…” Luci paused. Her ears perked up. She slowly turned her head and saw Cici with the bottle.
Instant curiosity.
Luci stood up and waddled over, her eyes locked on the milk. She tilted her head, watching closely as Cici continued drinking peacefully, unaware of what was about to happen.
Luci stepped closer.
And closer.
Suddenly — poke!
Luci gently tapped Cici’s arm. Cici blinked but kept drinking. Luci poked again, this time a little harder. Cici lowered the bottle and looked at Luci with a confused expression.
Before Cici could react, Luci reached out and tried to grab the bottle.
Cici gasped and pulled it back quickly. “Eeek!” she squeaked, hugging the bottle protectively. It was her milk, after all!
But Luci wasn’t giving up that easily. She leaned in, trying to peek at the bottle’s nipple, as if checking how much milk was left. Her tiny hand reached again, and she even tried to climb into Cici’s lap.
Now the peaceful moment was officially over.
Cici turned her body slightly away, trying to shield her drink. Luci made a soft complaining sound, her big eyes looking dramatic and pleading. She wasn’t necessarily thirsty — she just wanted what Cici had.
Mom, who had been watching nearby, couldn’t help but smile. She walked over calmly and gently separated the two little monkeys. Luci let out a tiny protest, crossing her arms and pouting.
But then Mom brought another bottle.
Luci’s eyes widened immediately. Her pout disappeared like magic. She reached out eagerly and grabbed her own milk bottle with both hands. Within seconds, she was sitting quietly beside Cici, sipping happily.
Now, both monkeys drank side by side.
Cici glanced at Luci as if to say, “See? You have your own.” Luci blinked back innocently, as if she hadn’t caused any trouble at all.
The house returned to its peaceful state once more — two baby monkeys, two bottles, and one funny little interruption that turned into a sweet moment. 🐒🥛
