It looked just like a tiny player jumping off the plane and unfolding a parachute midair. The way this little glider soared through the air with such confidence and style was both hilarious and amazing.
Sugar gliders are natural-born pilots of the animal world. In the wild, they leap from tree to tree, using their gliding membranes to travel distances of up to 50 meters. But when you see one glide indoors, it feels like a real-life game moment. One second it’s perched on your shoulder, the next — whoosh! — it leaps off, spreading its arms and legs wide, looking just like a miniature skydiver ready to land.
When my little sugar glider made its first glide of the day, the scene instantly reminded me of my PUBG character jumping off the plane. That same brave, slightly chaotic energy — except a thousand times cuter! You could almost hear dramatic background music playing as the tiny “pilot” took flight. The soft landing on the couch was his perfect “parachute landing,” complete with a proud squeak as if he’d just conquered a battle royale.
