Luci Bath and Clean 🛁🐒 – Baby Monkey Cici
Today was bath day for Baby Monkey Luci, and let’s just say… she had mixed feelings about it.
It all started when I carried her toward the bathroom. The moment she heard the water running, her tiny hands tightened around my shirt. Luci knows that sound very well. Her big round eyes looked up at me as if asking, “Is this really happening right now?”
Luci had been playing outside earlier, rolling on the floor and exploring every little corner she could find. By the time she came back inside, her soft fur wasn’t so soft anymore — it was dusty and a little messy. Bath time was definitely needed.
When I gently placed her near the warm water, she hesitated. One tiny hand reached forward to touch the surface. She quickly pulled it back, surprised by the temperature. Not too hot, not too cold — just right. Still, she wasn’t completely convinced.
Slowly, I poured a little water over her back. Luci froze for a second, then let out the tiniest protest sound. Not a big cry, just a soft complaint to let me know she disapproved. But once the warm water soaked into her fur, something changed. Her tense shoulders relaxed.
As I carefully lathered the gentle soap, Luci sat quietly, watching every movement. She looked so serious, as if supervising the entire process. Every now and then, she would try to grab the bubbles, confused about where they disappeared to.
The best part? When I rinsed her off and wrapped her in a soft towel.
At first, she squirmed, not liking being bundled up. But then she realized how cozy it felt. I gently rubbed her dry, and her messy fur slowly became fluffy again. She looked smaller somehow — clean, soft, and extra adorable.
Once fully dry, Luci shook her body like a tiny puffball. Her fur fluffed out beautifully, and she looked so proud of herself. She even touched her own arm, almost as if noticing how clean she felt.
After bath time, her mood completely changed. She became playful and energetic, jumping around and climbing onto my lap. Clean and fresh, she seemed lighter, happier.
Bath time may not be her favorite activity at first…
But Baby Monkey Luci always ends up feeling calm, warm, and oh-so-clean in the end. 🛁🐒💛
